Some people are finding these bombs in mailboxes and in their yards
1. a little Drano.
2. a little water.
3. a small piece of foil.
4. Mix it together, disturb it by moving it; and BOOM – chemical explosion with enough energy to remove appendages and produce burns

Yes DrainO and water mixed properly can be deadly,
But it's a timed reaction,
Not a kinetic reaction.
Unless that foil is made like a raft...
And the DrainO goes it the raft,
Moving the bottle would sink the raft and trigger the reaction.
But it seems to me it'd be more likely that the person rigging the bomb would get hurt before putting in a mailbox.
